I was asked to document employees having a relaxing and fun filled afternoon celebrating the amazing achievement of Baker Hughes GE, Kirkby site turning 60 years old. It was an absolute privilege being invited and I loved the fact that in the 1940’s the site was fundamentally ‘munitions’ for World War II. Later on in 1959 the first chemical delivery was dispatched and the rest is history…
